Abstract

The study presents the review of effect of job satisfaction on job performance in the Nigerian banking sector. The Nigerian banking sector is one of the most vibrant sectors in the Nigerian economy. As a result of its importance, there is need to evaluate the effect of job satisfaction of the employees of the bank as its affects their performance, since employees’ satisfaction is considered cardinal to the performance of any organization. Therefore, the study presents a detail review of factors that play important roles in enhancing job satisfaction in the banking sector as it affect the employee’s performance.
